A roll-off dumpster is a super-easy way to dispose of large quantities of junk, demolition, and construction materials. It’s excellent for home cleanouts, contracting, or other outdoor projects!
We offer 10-yard roll-off dumpsters that measure 12 feet long by 8 feet wide by 4 feet tall. They have a 2-ton (4,000 lbs.) capacity, allowing you to throw out just about anything.
If you need more room, our 14-day rental package comes with TWO 10-yard roll-off dumpsters for a 20-yard solution. That means you get two roll-off dumpsters for an 8-ton capacity.
We believe in complete transparency. We also hate waiting for quotes, so we’re up-front with our pricing.
Our 10-yard rentals are $315 for everyone in El Paso County. That includes pick-up, drop-off, and all taxes and fees.
For larger projects, we offer an extended 20-yard rental package at $600. This package includes two 10-yard roll-off dumpsters, with drop-off and pick-up services, as well as taxes and fees, all included.

It sure does! We believe in transparent pricing, meaning the price you see is the price you get. If you have any further questions about our pricing structure, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.
Almost everything can be discarded: broken furniture, old bedding, toys, or clothes, as well as construction materials and yard waste, such as branches and dirt. The options are endless.
However, there are a few significant exceptions! Items that CANNOT be disposed of in our roll-off dumpster include refrigerators, tires, liquids, paints (empty cans are fine), oils, antifreeze, wet concrete, tube TVs, and batteries.
If you place these items in our roll-off dumpster, you may be subject to a hazardous materials fee, or the items may be returned to you. Not to mention, it’s ILLEGAL!

You do not have to be present for the drop-off or pick-up of your roll-off dumpster as long as you’ve prepaid and there are no obstacles to your location.
Please let us know where you would like the roll-off dumpster placed at the time of delivery.
You’re already familiar with the unpredictable weather in Colorado. If we experience adverse weather conditions, such as heavy snow or hail, we’ll notify you and reschedule a time to attend to your rental.
While you won’t need a permit to rent, you may need one to place your roll-off dumpster on the street. Griffin Waste Dumpster Rental does not obtain permits on your behalf, but we’re happy to work with you and put your roll-off dumpster where you need it.
We can place your roll-off dumpster rental wherever you need, provided the location is not hazardous to you, our equipment, or our team. Hard surfaces, such as concrete, asphalt, or gravel, are preferred.
Please note that there may be extra permits required to place your roll-off dumpster on the street that you’re responsible for obtaining. The good news is that our roll-off dumpster easily fits in a car parking spot.
Don’t stress, we have you covered! We’d be happy to accommodate your request for an additional $25 a day. Just call us to let us know.
You can fill your roll-off dumpster to the brim. Make sure there’s no material sticking above the brim to ensure safe and legal transportation. If you need additional space, we’ll be happy to offer you a second rental for $250.
Our flat-rate rental charge includes seven days to use the bin as you see fit. On day one, we drop off, and on day seven, we pick up. Need more days? Add extra days to your rental for just $25. You can also choose a pick-up date when you place your rental.
You should not move your rental roll-off dumpster! These containers are cumbersome and can cause serious harm to you, others, and your property if not handled properly.
If you require your roll-off dumpster to be moved, call our team for help and leave it to the professionals.
Rest assured that our team is cautious when dropping off and picking up your rental roll-off dumpster. We never put your property at risk when placing a roll-off dumpster. Our drivers are expertly trained and have mastered their skills after working with hundreds of empty and full containers.

Our roll-off dumpsters have a 2-ton or 4,000 lbs. weight limit. While we typically have no one go over the weight limit, you’ll be charged $0.05 per extra pound.
